Transferring a licence to a third party is not permitted.

Any subsidiary company, affiliate company, servicing or production company, design agency, freelancer and/or any other third party carrying out work on behalf of the Licensee and making active use of the Font Software, is required to buy their own, separate licence directly from Lineto GmbH.
