A 2009 graduate of Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst (HGB) Leipzig, Maurice Göldner (*1978) released his first typeface, Meran, with Fred Smeijers’ OurType in 2008. In collaboration with Katharina Köhler und Wolfgang Schwärzler, Maurice launched the Leipzig-based type collective, Camelot, in 2015. Since 2017, he has been teaching as a professor of type design at Hochschule Augsburg.
