Ship­ping costs for Switzer­land, Europe and world­wide will be auto­mat­ic­ally added at check­out depend­ing on your chosen deliv­ery address. We use domestic deliv­ery car­ri­ers for all ship­ping. All of our pack­ages out­bound Switzer­land come with track­ing num­bers for greater secur­ity and to avoid failed deliv­er­ies. Ship­pings to the US have to be pro­cessed under the ‹Postal Delivered Duty Paid› (PDDP) pro­ced­ure as a con­sequence of the cus­toms reg­u­la­tions that have been imposed by the US gov­ern­ment in August 2025 and the required tax will be added with the sip­ping cost in advance. Please note that if pack­ages are returned due to incor­rect inform­a­tion or failed deliv­ery, we will be unable to assist you in loc­at­ing them.
